These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bat399 website, mobile interface, applications and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the domain bat399.cam. The entity operating bat399 is referred to herein as "bat399", "we", "us" or "our".
By creating a bat399 account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or casino stake through the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction applicable to your license — to register an account or participate in any activity on the Platform. bat399 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bat399 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Users residing in Pakistan must independently confirm the legal position applicable to them before registering. Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any accrued winnings.
Accounts are strictly for personal use. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person, entity or syndicate, nor may you allow any third party to access or operate your Account.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information required by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update them if any information changes.
bat399 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or as part of routine account review. Acceptable documents may include government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bat399 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify bat399 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. bat399 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change. bat399 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.
Payment methods commonly referenced for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced as familiar local payment brands only and do not imply that these providers endorse gambling, support bat399's operations or have any partnership with bat399.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used. bat399 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform.
The Platform displays amounts in PKR for reference. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider. bat399 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party transaction fees.
All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds offers and promotional rewards offered by bat399 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion. Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds when placing bets, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
Where a welcome bonus is available, it is available to new registered Users only on their first qualifying deposit. Full conditions — including minimum deposit amount, minimum odds requirements, eligible markets and expiry period — are published on the promotion page. bat399 does not guarantee that a welcome offer will be available at all times.
All bets are subject to bat399's acceptance. bat399 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent or suspicious activity, system errors, or where odds were published in error.
bat399 will settle markets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, official results are governed by the relevant match referee or tournament authority (ICC, PCB or equivalent). For PSL T20 matches, results declared by the Pakistan Super League are final for settlement purposes.
A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, where odds were published in manifest error, or where bat399 reasonably determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the User's Account.
bat399 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. bat399 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
bat399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold all funds pending investigation. In serious cases, bat399 may refer matters to relevant authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bat399 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without bat399's prior written consent.
The bat399 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are the proprietary trademarks of bat399. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use bat399's trademarks, trade names or service marks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat399 shall not be liable for:

Where a material amendment is made, bat399 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat399 is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
bat399 is not licensed or regulated by any authority in Pakistan. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling regulatory frameworks do not apply in their jurisdiction in the same manner as jurisdictions with dedicated licensing regimes, and that they participate at their own legal discretion.
